Celebrity Autographs? How do I get them?

How would I go about doing this. Could I send the picture in the mail with a return envelope already stamped with a return address? Would i just have to go to autograph signings?

I AM NOT inteserted in selling the pictures/autographs on e-bay or anything. i just want them so that can start a personal collection.

Contact Any Celebrity
Write their fanmail. Just buy Tiger Beat, Bop, M, or Popstar! Magazine, and if you look in the back of the magazines, you’ll find a lot of addresses to write to. Then ask for an autograph.
